Welcome to Art Barn International (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, marketplace, and all purchases made through www.artbarninternational.store (the “Platform”).

By placing an order, creating an account, or browsing our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. DEFINITION

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Buyer”, “Customer”, “You” refers to the individual or entity purchasing products on the Platform.
  • “Creator”, “Vendor”, “Artist” refers to individuals or businesses who upload and sell their work through our Platform.
  • “Products” refers to any artwork, craft item, digital item, merchandise, or physical goods listed on the Platform.
  • “Warehouse” refers to any storage or fulfillment center operated by Art Barn International or its partners.
  • “Fulfillment Center / Creator Facility” refers to a creator’s location from which items are shipped directly.
  • “Business Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. ABOUT ART BARN INTERNATIONAL

Art Barn International operates as a global marketplace that connects buyers with creators, artisans, and vendors from various countries.
Products listed on the Platform may:

  1. Be shipped directly from the creator/vendor to the customer, or
  2. Be shipped from our designated warehouse or fulfillment centers.

We facilitate transactions, oversee payment processing, provide order support, and ensure that listed items meet our minimum quality standards.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To make a purchase, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
  • Be legally able to enter a binding contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
  • Handmade or artistic items may feature minor variations.
  • Dimensions may not always be 100% exact due to the artisanal nature of many products.

We do not guarantee that all product information will always be error-free and reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.

5. PRICING, PAYMENTS & CURRENCY

  • Prices displayed on the Platform are in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Buyers must pay the product price, taxes, and shipping fees as shown at checkout.
  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and supported payment gateways.

All payments are processed securely using encrypted systems.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

Once a Buyer places an order:

  1. An order confirmation email is sent automatically.
  2. The order enters the processing stage.
  3. Depending on product availability and source location, the order is prepared by either:
    • a Creator,
    • a Vendor, or
    • Art Barn International’s warehouse team.

Orders cannot be modified after they enter processing.
Order cancellation may not be possible once processed.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

7.1 Fulfillment Sources

Products purchased from the Platform may be shipped:

  1. Directly from the Creator or Vendor’s fulfillment center, OR
  2. From Art Barn International’s warehouse or distribution hubs, depending on product type, availability, or location requirements.

This means that items in a single order may arrive in separate packages.

7.2 Delivery Timeline

Because items are sourced globally and may ship from various countries, standard delivery timelines are:

  • Up to 3 weeks for most international orders
  • 10–14 business days for regional orders
  • 30 days maximum in case of customs delays, distance, or remote destinations

Buyers acknowledge that:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, international logistics, weather, or creator processing time.
  • Art Barn International is not liable for delays beyond our control.

7.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Weight & dimensions
  • Shipping origin
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Certain promotions may offer:

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders
  • Discounted rates during campaigns
  • Bulk order shipping benefits

7.4 Tracking Information

Once an order ships:

  • A tracking number will be sent to the Buyer’s email.
  • Some shipments may take 2–5 days to show tracking updates.
  • In rare cases from remote Creator locations, tracking may be limited or unavailable.

7.5 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • VAT or local taxes
  • Handling fees charged by the destination country

These charges are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in return-to-sender shipments, which are non-refundable.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Lost shipments (confirmed by carrier)
  • Items not delivered after 30 days past expected delivery date

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Buyer mistake in size, color, or quantity
  • Change of mind
  • Items damaged by the Buyer
  • Customs refusal or unpaid import duties

8.2 Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence
  • Buyers must keep original packaging for inspection
  • Not all items are returnable (e.g., personalized art, custom commissions, digital downloads)

Return shipping costs are typically the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

9. ACCOUNT CREATION & SECURITY

Buyers may create accounts to track orders and save preferences. You agree to:

  • Keep login details confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All:

  • Website content
  • Logos
  • Product images
  • Text, graphics, and branding
  • Creator-uploaded artworks

are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Distribute
  • Download
  • Modify

any content without permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Art Barn International is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for Creator actions, shipment delays, or customs decisions.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • The jurisdiction in which Art Barn International is registered,
  • And/or the relevant international e-commerce regulations.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before legal action.

13. AMENDMENTS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
