Exhibitor registration fees are processed through a third-party payment processor, including Stripe.

Depending on the payment method and payment processor, information associated with a transaction may include:

• Payment processor identifiers;

• Billing information;

• Payment method type;

• Card brand; and

• Limited card information, such as the last four digits, where made available to us by the payment processor.

Full payment card numbers, card security codes, and similar payment credentials entered into the payment processor’s secure payment interface are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Art Barn International through the exhibitor registration form.

An Official Invitation Letter is provided for event-related support purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, immigration status, entry into the United States, or any decision by a government or immigration authority.

We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment card credentials through our standard exhibitor registration database.

This Privacy Policy does not itself transfer copyright ownership of an exhibitor’s artwork to Art Barn International, Cam Options, or the World Art Project International Show.
